Rancho California
Play fort for kids ages 2 to 12 in Temecula, California
Rancho California is a burst of fun in an affordable housing project located in Temecula, California.
Residents of this 55-unit development (built by Thomas Safran & Associates) can enjoy an extended version of our classic Fort Jefferson wooden play structure. Unlike the standard, this custom play structure includes a second tower in addition to the main one for double the fun! Kids can choose to enter the first playground climbing tower through the coil climber or through the steps and ADA compliant transfer platform. From there, they can choose a thrilling ride down the open slide or head across the bridge to the second tower, where they can access a tube slide and a rope net climb. Below the structure, more fun abounds with both monkey bars and a crawl tube.
Because we believe in sustainable playgrounds, each of our wooden play structures is made of sustainable redwood lumber and our signature non-toxic tung oil stain for a durable and eco-friendly product.
Make your housing development stand out by including one of our custom play structures in the outdoor common space. Our all inclusive playground will not only bring residents together, but be a potent selling point for families considering moving in. Consider including playground structures for preschoolers, an outdoor playhouse for big kids, or a tree house to enhance your project.
This structure meets ASTM F1487 Standards for Public Use Playground Equipment and the 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act.
